One a Day Weight Smart???

Does anyone take the One a Day Weight Smart as a vitamin? I took one for the first time today, and my stomach has been upset ever since I took it? Can anyone held?

I take it also. I've learned the hard way, you must take it with food. I had taken it with just water one time and I was nausious the entire day. Learned my lesson the hard way!

I also find that I need to take my vitamins (Weight Smart and any others) with food.

I can't take it it makes me sick. In fact most any "adult" vitamin does I can take Flintstones though

Those bothered me even when I took them with food. Now I take the one for women (with food) and I don't have any problems.

Made me sick and I tried for a cpl weeks. Felt queasy the whole time. I don't do well w meds or supplements.
