do you get a revised confirmation showing no outstanding balance?

We did on our last trip in 2010...but we haven't received one this time.
 
My dad hasn't received anything for this trip & the bill was settled last week. Its the only time we have booked & not paid in full at the same time
 
Yeah ours was settled last week too.

I've just checked and we had a confirmation 2 days after we settled on our last trip.

Wonder if they've stopped sending them out now then?
 
I payed for our trip in one go but I had to chase up the confirmation letter. In the end I sent two emails and it took them about 10 days to get back to me and they emailed the confirmation letter.
 

I'm assuming it will probably work different if you have to pay all money straight away?

We received a confirmation after we booked and paid a deposit...just surprised we haven't received one now we have paid off the full amount.


Anyone going in June had a confirmation after paying off full amount?
 
We did get a new confirmation but we did add an extra night at the same time we paid the balance, and thinking about it the letter was for a booking modification so I don't think we would have got it if we hadn't change the booking. Sorry not much help really. :rotfl2:
 
Yeah you would have got yours because you'd made changes - we have got them when we've upgraded.

Think i'll give them a phone tomorrow just to check. Thanks for your reply anyway :thumbsup2
 
interested to know what you found out as I also didnt recieve a confirmation !

paid in april for june trip, 10% desposit in jan

I also took off our meal vouchers on the day i paid teh remaining balance and did not recieve a confirmation of this. all i have is the one i amended to add meal vouchers when the 40% off deal came up...so i'll have to bring that one to check in!?

If you've made a change to your original booking and haven't had a revised booking confirmation come through showing the new changes i'd definitely contact them. I've always had a new one come through within 48 hours.
 
Just to let you know I phoned up on Thursday night and let them know we hadn't received a confirmation showing the outstanding balance had been paid. They said they'd send one straight away and we'd get it within 48hrs -they did and we received it yesterday.

Not sure why it wasn't sent automatic like last time :confused3
