Once was ENOUGH!

Sounds Dangerous.

You know how sometimes as time passes, you will exaggerate how bad something was? Well, I thought that might be the case with SD, so we went to it again at Christmas time this past year, having not been to it in probably 10 years or so. Well, I was definitely wrong, it was much worse than I had remembered it being. How in the world is that thing still there?

It's A Small World
The only reason I did it was because we had family over from England with two small kids who wanted the 'full Disney Experience.' I'm just glad we didn't get stuck like I've heard some other have.

The Astro Orbiter. Dumbo without the cute elephants and Aladdin's Carpet ride without the spitting camels but with a REALLY long line.

Add me to the Primeval Whirl list.
Why is it that the bad rides seems like they will never end.

Though, as a 14 year old I bet I would have loved it .

Looks like they shut it down until 6-1-11. Maybe they are thinking about yanking it, I think another worked had an "accident" on it recently during the refurb:

Hi - I usually just "lurk" and I believe this is my first post, so Hiddy :) BUT I feel strongly about this one!

Rock'in Rollercoaster ... love the ride; hate the "take-off" ... both my DH and I said immediately upon disembarking "never again"

PS .. I just now noticed, I had posted back in 2008 :-) 2nd post ... not real chatty.

I'm a little embarrassed to say this but it has to be Goofy's Barnstormer:sick: I thought I was going to either be sick or thrown from the coaster. Kids ride my a@$. I think I may be getting old though:confused3 I used to love rollercoasters that looped and dipped, etc. My 17 year old self would have loved this ride.

Also hated Stiches ride (?) or whatever you want to call it.

Astro Orbitor, if I want to feel like I'm about to plung to my death again I'll go hang off the side of a building while the wind is blowing.

Stitch - enough said
Mission Space (spinning side) - I got really sick and was useless for the whole afternoon

I think that's it. Even the cheesy boring stuff I will do in the future as I will have first timers with me that will need the whole disney experience. I even like the boring things like Ellen's Energy Adventure and the Hall of Presidents. They give you a great opportunity to relax and cool off.

Definitely Tomorrowland Speedway.

I am positive that the brilliant Imagineers could come up with something extraordinary to put in its place. I understand that there are rides that are still in place because of their history and tradition; but I cannot imagine that this is one of those that would be sorely missed.

I have never been on Stitch because I hear such awful things about it, or it might get my vote.
