I'm thankful to say that things are stating to wind down. We're done with school and are about to enter the season of weddings -- we have 6 between June and December. Yikes! The warmer weather is back upon us making me long for a summer vacation. Sometimes October seems very f -- a -- r away! I do get to go to NYC with Kevin next month. He has to work but I get to play. Looking forward to exploring the city by myself.

Oh, and I saw Pirates 4 last night. It was good but it's not my favorite. I still love Capt Jack though!

I received an email that I can start booking on Jul 18th for excursions. Did I mention I am so ready for this vacation.

Nothing much planned here. We might go away to the Wisconsin Dells for a few days or take a trip to Chicago. Both are about a hour and a half drive away for us. I have to work all summer. Yuck! In a hot building with no air.

I have Carb Day at the Indy 500 on friday, that is my day of acting like I am young again.

Then we are taking the kids to the actual Indy 500 on Sunday. It is supposed to storm really bad here.

Did we ever get a cut off day for the Fish Extenders?

We haven't set a date that I know of yet. We all have to decide when we want to to it. Maybe in August for the cutoff? If you want to be added to the list we need your cabin number and childrens' names and any other names in your cabin. Loveysbydesign is keeping a main list but I have one also.

Carb day is Carburation Day. Basically a small race, practice and a huge party. A large group of my friends go, cook out and have fun.

Twin those Jello shots you posted on facebook look like what I need lol! I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend. On Memorial Day weekend in 1998 I was getting married. So besides being a rembrance holiday it holds a special place in my heart.

No special plans for this weekend. We have had one of the coldest Springs on record here in Wisconsin. I have been going on walks with my youngest DD every weekend but alas. It's overcast and cold out. Did I forget to mention it's offically Summer? Well happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Some people give one gift per cabin. Some give one gift per person. That's up to you.

We had a good weekend minus my sunburn. Went to the Indy 500 and did lots of yardwork. I also got the biggest blister on my middle finger that hurts super bad. Manual Labor does not agree with me.
