Onboard Credit

Hi! So I am a first time ever cruiser bringing my family of 6 on the Wish. We booked through Dreams unlimited and I am feeling like a big dummy… What sort of things would I use the Onboard Credit for? We booked concierge 2 bedroom. Thanks for any advice.

Your on board credit will automatically come off any charges you have while on board--standard tips ($13.50/passenger/night: covers your stateroom host, and servers--this is charged at the end of the cruise), port adventures, adult upcharge dining, spa, alcohol, tastings, anything you buy in the shops... basically any upcharge item.

I always use the on board credit as an easy excuse to go to Palo or Remy. Like the previous poster said, it'll go to anything you spend money on throughout the cruise, so I'm sure if you pick up souvenirs, you'll have already used it up. But free money is free money! I hope you get something you enjoy

After recent rebooking we have over $2000 per room to use up .......... looks like we can use for Excursions, Tips, Wine packages, spa, tastings, gifts etc.

Anyone know if there any limitations for what can use the onboard credit for? e.g. certain stores on ship?
