How does that work, does it roll over to the second cruise, or do you close out your account after the first one and open a new one for the second cruise. And if you need to transfer funds from your DVA before leaving for the cruise, should you put some on the first cruise and all on the second, or all onto the first cruise, and can it roll over?

they are not connected at all. You will need to settle everything at the end of the first cruise and then at the end of the second cruise. Any OBC will be posted for the specific cruise.

If you put a large amount into your onboard account for the first cruise and find you don't spend it all -- go to the gift shop and purchase a Disney gift card. That will wipe your onboard account clean from the first cruise but still allow you to apply the balance to your second leg. Otherwise, balance remaining from the first cruise will be refunded back to the payment method used (for a DVA you then won't be able to access it again for the 2nd cruise).

Enjoy your cruise!

Wow, that is a great tip, I would have never have thought of buying a gift card for the remainder. Thanks!
