? on Touring plans-personalized plans

I am trying to use the personalized plans on Touring plans.com.

Will it not recognize rides that are open during morning EMH?
For instance, I select morning emh, add attractions such as PW. it will have me go to PW after Dinosaur but PW isn't open during morning emh.
It also doesn't know that camp mickey/minnie doesn't open until 10:00, it sends my there at 9:20.

Am I doing something wrong?

Great question! I, too, input that my park day would begin at 7am but the plan it optimized for me didn't start until 9:08am????

If I use the lines app on my phone and try to make a plan, it will ask for start time but it just makes up a crazy time to start.
On my computer I don't have the made up time issue.

anyone else have some advice?

I'm having a similar problem. I try to make a Epcot EMH morning plan and it sends me to the Land first. I know that's not right! I need to send TP an email.

One thing I noticed in using the personalized plans...make sure you have the right date on your plan. The start time will be based on regular park hours for the day selected. So, if you are trying to do a EMH morning plan, but the date is set to a normal 9AM opening, the touring plan will start at park opening.

I noticed the date switch. Even if you put in your date, it will optimize for todays date. Then you have to change the date again &. Optimize again. Sometimes it takes several tries to get to calculate for your date.

Also remember that, while the optimized personalized plans are "live", they are still in Beta. You should email Touring Plans about it and ask about it. They are always open to emails and suggestions!
