Have something to eat - usually just before my period - (sorry gentlemen) - I have found something that won't blow my points its Jolly Time healthy pop microwavable popcorn and its 1pt for 5 cups! - I took the point value right out of the "Complete Food Companion" WW book! - OK its not chocolate but it helps me stay on track!:D

So anyone else have any low point high volume snack they care to share? Would love more ideas!

Good question!!

I love lowfat popcorn also - sometimes I think I live on SmartPop 99% fatfree butter flavored popcorn!

I have recently started eating baby carrots with hummus as a snack in the afternoon and it's really yummy. I can have a lot of carrots and about 2 tablespoons of hummus (I make my own) for around 150 calories and it fills me up. The hummus is high in fiber and I think the protein in it satisfies me for longer than popcorn.

I like oysters crackers when I need a salty food. Just watch which brand you buy some are higher in points.

For something sweet, I like those pastel colored flavored mini marshmallows.

Have you made the ice cream sandwiches with chocolate graham crackers and fat free cool whip? They fill you up.

And you can have dill pickles. They really satisfy cravings

As I writing this, I'm thinking all these together is really gross LOL:earseek:
