Have something to eat - usually just before my period - (sorry gentlemen) - I have found something that won't blow my points its Jolly Time healthy pop microwavable popcorn and its 1pt for 5 cups! - I took the point value right out of the "Complete Food Companion" WW book! - OK its not chocolate but it helps me stay on track!
So anyone else have any low point high volume snack they care to share? Would love more ideas!
