I have gone and booked a 2 night stay in November. I'll be there for 2 nights arriving on bonfire night, so weather pending i hope for the very first time to be able to see the fireworks on the Lake :goodvibes: I will be travelling alone so if any disers are there at the same time it would be lovely to maybe meet up and have a coffee or something.

I wasn't planning on going again for a while, really i wasn't. My January trip had been somewhat of a disappointment, i'm not too sure why, maybe it was a combination of being a bit Disneyed out :eek: and the price of things. :confused3
Prices have never really bothered me before, I kinda had the attitude of it's Disney, yes it's expensive but there you go, just pay it!

Anyway to cut a very long story short i am going to be a Nanny :goodvibes It was a bit of a shock, especially as i am only 41 but she is my Daughter and it was her choice. Of course it went without saying that i'll support her no matter what.

Soooo, it got me thinking, all them lovely baby bits they do in Disney, oh what my grandchild could have :rotfl2:
Hopefully she'll know (scan pending and if baby is playing ball) what she is having and so with the baby due in early January i thought sod it, i want to go.

It's been a bit of a nightmare trying to sort out dates and cheap Eurostar prices but i finally managed to find a return in November for £89, i have an AP so for the first time i will be staying offsite at the Kyriad and got 2 nights on Expedia for £107.
Even better was the fact it bonfire night and i've never been for that before.

Let the planning commmence!!!!!

Congratulations on your lovely news :goodvibes We treated ourselves to some baby things from the DLH hotel shop when I was expecting DS. They had lovely stuff :cloud9:

You've got a great price for Eurostar and Kyriad, I'm sure you'll have a lovely time :thumbsup2

Happy planning :)

How exciting - a Disney trip and a new baby. I would love to be there for fireworks. :goodvibes

Congratulations on both counts! :cheer2: We will just miss you as we leave on the 5th November but will see the fireworks on the 4th. There are some gorgeous Disney things for babies so enjoy your shopping! :goodvibes

Congrats! Great news. The fireworks.were out of this world for bonfire night. Have a look in the shop facing the Kodak shop on Town Square - it seems to have the best baby selection I think. Also try the shop facing the Agrabah buffet in Adventureland - it had baby things on sale on my two previous trips that I didnt see elsewhere.
Exciting times ahead, congrats again :yay;

Congratulations on both! :goodvibes Going to be a fun trip doing all that shopping!

Congratulations on the trip and baby, i see years of trip planning ahead with your grandchild :)
