? on SW checkin at orlando

Hello all

Ok So this is our first time flying SW and I know to check in 24 hours to try to get the A boarding pass for my family of 4.

But my question is, once we are down in Disney how do we go about checking in to come back home to try to get the A boarding pass?

How does everone do that - we do not have a laptop or anything like that with us?

I have my daughter check in for me, (and I get the pass at the airport), if I won't be around the desk at the 24 hour mark, or I go to the front desk, guest services and they do it, if I am.

Go to the front desk or conceirge at your resort. I had mine printed at the Beach Club last Thursday evening. I read on another thread that guest relations at the park will also do it.

Thank you so much for your answers. I will check in at the front desk or ask to see ahead of time if it is possible from the parks while we are down there.

If I can have someone do it at home here for me 24 hours prior, then would I just check in at the SW counter at the airport and they would just give me my pass at that time right, would whoever checks in at home be able to give me a confirmation number (for example hoping I get the A pass and get a confimation number of some sort,, so that I dont get to the airport and have them tell me that I have say a B pass) kind of nervous since I wont have the pass in my hand?

once you are checked in .....you do not need a confirmation number.....they use the PNR ....the six letter/number code which is what is used to check in ...

once at the airport you can get them to "reprint" the boarding pass....when you check your luggage

it will have a R beside the number of "checkin" which shows it has been reprinted

I used my cell phone to check in last time we were there. The 24 hour mark came at 9:30 AM. I didn't want to miss a morning at the parks because I had to wait at the hotel to have the front desk check me in. So I called SW and got the web site to program into my phone ahead of time. I was able to check in while walking from Soarin to Test Track. It was very easy. We got A passes and were able to print them out when checking in our luggage at the airport. The only catch is that you have to have internet access on your phone.

I think I will have my brother check me in back home here cause then I wont have to worry about being near a computer since I looked and the 24 hour mark is just about the time we had made dinner reservations.
