Wish I could make that gig...it would be a blast. Unfortunately, I get 11 miles to to the gallon, and it's 1,314 miles from here to there. Let's see, at $4/gal, that would cost me...$955.15 to get there and back...makes flying look good, don't it?

While in new york for world Science Festival (I like Science) I stayed at the pod hotel... I figured this would be cute. The place is completely form over function.

Last night... ended up at the Super 8 on 192, that is over toward Celebration ish. Actually a really nice room, 36 inch LCD TV, free high speed wireless, microware, mini fridge, new pillow top beds, modern furnishing.
