As for Phil, my prediction is that he'll see his shadow.

If you haven't already seen it, make sure you rent Groundhog Day with Bill Murray and Andie McDowell. We rent it every year (well, this year I finally BOUGHT the thing), and it's hilarious! Too bad they didn't film it in Punxsutawney.
