On-site room only

We are booked up for Mar 31st-April 5th next year. When I originally booked I only booked up until the 4th but because of flight times and prices it was better to stay an extra night and get a flight the next day so now we are in the position of needing a hotel for our last nights stay.


We are staying in the Cheyenne from Mon-Fri and will be flying home on the Saturday. We have annual passes and have booked myself and 2 kids into Cheyenne and will add the wife when we get their.


My question is, where can you book room only ? Expedia, travelrepublic, hotels, laterooms etc all have no availability or can only do the price with park tickets which means the last nights stay will be more than the cost of our entire mon-fri before lol

As a last resort we could stay in the Kyriad but we really want either Cheyenne or Santa Fe for our last night.

As I said we have annual passes. Does anyone know a rough price guide as to what one nights stay using Annual Pass discount will be on April Friday 5th 2014 ? All 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) have annual passes).

no-one can tell you the price for your night, room only with AP discount, except for DLP themselves. Give them a call and find out the price, then you'll know what your options are (its possible the usual suspects, expedia, ebookers etc etc may release onsite room only later, but you're outside of the cheap onsite room only deals through those sites - November to March).

Your other option, which might work out cheaper (because your trip starts in the cheap period), is to change your whole onsite booking as it is, to add on the extra night in the package. Whats the difference in price on the official DLP site for Mon-Sat compared to what you've already booked, Monday to Friday?

Price to extend by one night changes from 267 to new price of 600 !! We got 50% off plus kids free originally so too much to change unless new deal comes up.

i see what you mean - there is no offer on that price at all at the moment. Yes, I'd definitely wait for a new offer for those dates before adding a night at the end.
