Is there a rental car agency onsite at WDW Hotels?

Yuppers. At the swan/dolphin hotel -- you must get yourself there.

OR my choice is The CCC (I think that is the short form) anywho --- they will provide a shuttle to pick you up at your hotel -- take you to your car and off you go When you are done the reverse happens!

It is Alamo/National at both sites.

Is there a rental car agency onsite at WDW Hotels?

Alamo/National has on-site car rentals at the Disney Car Care Center and the WDW Dolphin. If you're staying at an Epcot area resort around Crescent Lake, it's convenient to walk to the WDW Dolphin. Otherwise, you can be picked up and returned in an on-request free shuttle operating out of the Disney Car Care Center.

If you're going to have to rely on a rental car shuttle anyway, you don't have to limit yourself to Alamo/National. The other major car rental companies have facilities that are just off-site, and they also provide free shuttle service between their facilities and WDW resorts. Just make sure you reserve with the right location an that you're aware of their hours. For example, if using Hertz, reserve with the WDW-Kissimmee location (not the airport location) and be aware that they are not a24-hour operation.
