On-site Hotel hopping & weekend fastpass

Hi, I am staying at Portofino with Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun to use 11/7 to 11/10, 2 days at the Universal parks.

Since I have fast pass, do you think it's better to reserve one on Sat. so I can visit Aquatica on Friday or it doesn't matter at this time of year? I guess relaxing after the whole day walking through the park.

What kind of transportation is available from Portofino to Hard Rock and Pacific Resort if we want to use their pools? Are there changing rooms available at the other hotels for us to use?

Your express pass is tied into the number of nights at the resort, not your park tickets.To pool hop , you can walk or use boat launch.The boat will take you to Citywalk and then you would have to transfer to the resort boat you want.In this case , it would be easiest to walk to Hard rock since you would pass by it on the boat to get to citywalk.
