Just got the Disney Blog for a special priced 3 day parkhopper offer, discounts on the resort hotels and the free fastpasses:
Now is the time to plan your Disneyland Resort getaway – we’ve got some great new offers available for purchase and booking today!

First, starting today you can get a 3-Day Park Hopper ticket for just $199! The ticket is valid for 13 days after the first day of use beginning January 4 through May 28, 2012, and must be purchased prior to arrival. Visit Disneyland.com/3dayPH for more information, including restrictions and blockout dates. Plus – this special 3-Day Park Hopper ticket also allows you one Magic Morning admission, so be sure to check the daily park hours and restrictions prior to arriving.

And while you’re planning your stay here at the Disneyland Resort, take advantage of these two special hotel offers:

Save up to 35%* on stays for most Sunday through Thursday nights at a Disneyland Resort hotel for travel between January 2 through February 29, when booked before February 29. More information here.

Boo. I was hoping it was going to be when I am there but I'm going too early.

Those FP are nice though. We got them the first day that they were offered last time.

Yeah too bad they don't ever offer discounts or deals during the second half of December. It isn't like people don't come to the park anyway. I know that they make their money and would still make their money even if they offered a discount. It is very discouraging that they don't offer the discounts, but rather raise the prices. In this economy it is harder and harder for families to take a vacation and it would be nice to be able to save a little. By the time we pay for the PH, Hotel, and food it is insane. They are more concerned about the bottom line and almighty dollar. It is just extremely frustrating. I know if there were deals during times the kids were not in school during the winter time we would go down there more often, but there is NO way we can afford it. We do everything just to put the food on the table, keep a roof over our heads and be warm. It would be nice for the families who are just making it for there to be discounts during other times. Oh well, my two cents.

They are more concerned about the bottom line and almighty dollar.

Where do you see any evidence anywhere at any Disney resort that their primary reason for existence isn't to separate you from your money?

Doesn't bother me at all that they don't offer discounts then. They offer discounts to fill the place up when times are slow, not to overfill the place up when times are good. Disney is a capitalistic company and YEAH to that :)

I was so excited to see the special hotel fastpass coming back! I really hope that it is a good omen for a future permanent benefit to staying onsite.

I was there 3 times during the last hotel fastpass promotion and got an email survey each time - of course, I raved about the special fastpasses!!
