On Resales - who pays closing costs?

When I bought resale through TSS, I was advised that I would have better luck making a bid for a lower per-point amount than advertised than ask the buyer to pay closing, which is what I did.

As manning says, it's negotiable - whatever the buyer and seller agree to do. However, in most cases, the buyer pays closing costs.

i just bought a resale contract @ BWV and i paid all closing costs.

On a resale contract the price, closing costs and sometimes maintenance fees are negotiable. If you buy directly from Disney there are no closing costs.

Actually, Disney pays the closing costs when you buy from them. That's one of the reasons why many here buy their add ons from Disney rather than via resale (assuming Disney has points at the resort they want with their use year available).
