I wish there was a way to request the luggage name tags. We have AP so we never book a package. We can't get the cute matching tags

I have occasionally booked packages even though I have an AP. It all depends on how the final numbers work out. I either used the required ticket purchase toward my annual pass renewal or saved them for trips where family without AP's were planning to come along, so they would have tickets. It takes a little extra time, but I always run the numbers on the packages in addition to any room only offers, just to make sure I don't miss out.

We are annual pass holders, and we get luggage tags every trip. We also fly every trip as well, maybe that's why.

Flying has nothing to do with the tags the PP was talking about. They are talking about character-themed, hard plastic, souvenir tags that are sent in the box with the magicbands. They go with the choice of MBs.

They have nothing to do with flying and everything to do with it being a MYW package.

If you're getting those hard plastic tags, you are booking a package; are you calling to create a "ticketless package" with dining? If so, then that would be why you're getting those tags.

They don't come with room-only bookings (including DVC) or with packages that other agencies put together that aren't MagicYourWay packages.
