We will be getting the 7 day PHP , can we go to the same water park if we want to on all 4 plus days or do you only get to use one day at one park? Actually we were thinking of using 2 at Blizzard Beach and 2 at Typhoon Lagoon.

You can spend all 4 plus features at the same waterpark if that's what you want.

Okay, I know that you can use them all at one WP or break them up like madforthemouse said, but can you hop from one WP to another Wp WITHOUT using up another day?

ie... If BB gets too crowded or you decide you want to go and swim with the sharks at TL can you do that?

No, the plusses don't let you hop. If Blizzard Beach is crowded, you can leave and get your hand stamped and come back to BB later (when some of the crowd may have cleared), but if you go to TL, you will use up another plus.
