On Magic Now. Nachi Cocom question

Good Afternoon,
We are on the magic now and due to rough seas we are going to be switching our days around. We are going to Cozumel a day early. We booked Nachi Cocom for Wednesday but now will be in port on Tuesday. Will our reservation be switched? Has this happened to anyone and what should we do?

I would think that guest services could answer your question, I'm sure it would not be the first time someone wants to know what happens - good luck.

Is it a DCL excursion? If so, I wouldn't worry about it, they'll sort it out. If not, I'm thinking you have a problem, but it would be up to you to contact the private provider and see what they can do for you.

I am not sure about Nachi Cocom's policy on this one. I do know that if your ship does not make port for their assigned day...they refund your money. I tried to look at their website, but did not find any info. for you.

I would email them at:
sales@cozumelnachicocom.net OR
reservations@cozumelnachicocom.net

And let them know your reservation number, and what is happening. Hopefully they will be able to accommodate the day change.

Let us know how this turns out. Nachi Cocom is one of our favorite port stops! We will be there next month!!!

i was on this sailing and cancelled... i had booked nachi and i got an email tonight saying that due to an itinerary change on the Magic they will refund my deposit 100%... they also noted that they cannot switch the ressie to March 6th as they are full. I did not even know about the ship change, it was automatically generated. And good thing, I never cancelled the ressie, and didnt realize that they charge you the full amount for no shows, I figured I would just lose my non refundable deposit. (I would have kicked myself!) Check your email box... sorry about the weather, hope you still get some beach time in Cozumel.
 
When you contact Nachi Cocom to make a reservation, they tell you that your deposit will be refunded if your ship doesn't make it into port that day.
And since they limit the number of guests each day, I can see why they wouldn't be able to move people to another date.

Thanks for posting this! :thumbsup2 I knew about the full refund if your ship does not make port for the scheduled day...Just did not know how they handled possible switching of dates. I guess if they are full...they are full. It keeps the guest list to 100, but really stinks for those that wanted to visit Nachi...This just means that you have to book another cruise to Cozumel! :upsidedow
