On Line Reservation Viewing

With all of these comments about the system problems, how do I go about checking existing reservations on-line? I think I would be more comfortable seeing the dates, points and any comments (request) that are made on those reservations.
Can I see all of this or is it the date, location and room size?

Go to My DVC > Vacation Points
Scroll down to View Vacation Details

It gives you arrival date, departure date, type of accommodation, point cost of reservation, resort, and reservation number for upcoming and completed vacations.

All the reservations are listed but I really have no way on telling which reservation is booked on current year points vs. barrowed points. I have four BCV contracts and each one shows double the points being used than the total contract itself. The first contract is for 100 points and it shows 200 points used, does that include the points barrowed in that used total because I did barrow 100 from the next year’s points?

The number next to "Vacation Points Used" is the total points used for vacations during that UY including banked and borrowed points. It can get confusing because there is a line item for "Vacation Points Banked In" and in my 2006 UY, it incorrectly shows zero points banked in when it should show 100. The data for my 2007 UY is correct. I don't know if the line item for points borrowed in is also incorrect since I didn't borrow any points into this UY. So that's why it looks like you used more points than you had in your Use Year -- it's lying to you!

It's really a shame they can't seem to get the bugs out of this. It's not exactly rocket science here. If they can't do the easy stuff like showing you how many banked and borrowed points you have, it's no wonder the "morphing" problem hasn't been fixed.
