I have been trying to get on line coupons. However, I can't get them to print. I have downloaded the printer program the sites give you, no problem, but when I hit print, nothing happens. ????
I checked my computer and it shows the program, I don't get a message that I need to download the program, no error codes, nothing.
I would really like to take advantage of this, but don't know how to fix it. Anyone have similar problem or know the fix?
