I've been trying to do on line her in for 3 days now. I keep getting kicked out with goofy telling me there's an Error please try again. Anyone else having that difficulty?

Maybe check your credit card that is on file to be sure it hasn't expired? I've had that happen before.

If it hasn't expired, call your credit card company and make sure they aren't blocking it for suspected fraud... That has happened before too.

I’ve had issues doing the online check-in via the website, but the app seems to work ok. Have you tried it that way?

you mean on your phone?If so no I haven't tried that.

Yes, the Disney app on the phone.

We have a BLT reservation coming up as well. When I update our check in on the website it shows no room options either.

I finally checked that 'first available' room option - hope I'm not gonna regret that - but since I can't check any options ....

DVC Room requests are best made through Member Services, via email, online chat or calling (prepare for hold times). Online check-in rarely provides option that are really relevant to DVC Resorts. If you do make requests through Member Services, do NOT make requests at online check-in, it would over-ride what DVC has entered.

I haven't seen online chat available in weeks,I refuse to call because the last time I called I was on hold for 35 minutes before anyone came to the phone.So I did the best thing I emailed my requests. Yea!!!
