On-line Check-in with multiple reservations?

Due to a mid-week "cash-to-points" wait-list that came through for us, our 7 day continuous stay at SSR is split into three separate reservations. MS has assured me that even though there's three separate reservations for our stay we will stay in the same villa the whole time. In addition, we won't have to go through the check-in process three times either.

So, we're now in the on-line check-in window, and the DVC Member site shows that I can pre-check in for all three reservations at this time. I've completed the initial one, but haven't touched the other later two. What's the best thing to do? Don't touch the last two, or should I go ahead and complete them? I don't want to mess things up and risk turning the stay into three separate stays with three separate room assignments, etc. Advice?

Since your reservations are linked, checking in on the first one is all you need to do.

I am so jealous! I have been waiting for a waitlist to come through since October! 2 night at BWV, 3 nights at SS and then 2 more nights at BWV again...
