I've never done it this way before. I have to make adrs next week and i just wanted to check something. It looks like you put in your password and your e-mail. Is there anything else I need to know? Thanks

they ask for your reservation # too

You can book without a ressie #. I try to use the same e-mail and usually my cell #, for all of them for ease in checking/finding them at a later date.

I don't think they will let you book 180+10 without your resort reservation number. It would let me in January.

One tip... For me, I could not get an open reservation for Le Cellier online for dinner. I suspect they are blocking the ability to do so. Assuming that's the case, I really wish they would tell you to call in for reservations, rather than return a message that there is nothing available.

Anyway, I made all of the rest of my reservations online, then waited until phone reservations opened and was able to book dinner at Le Cellier without issues on the phone.

Use one phone number for all your reservations, doesn't matter if it is a cell number or your home number. It is easier to find them later if you need to.

And you can definitely book without a reservation number, we always make our ADR's at the 180 day mark, but we don't usually book until a month or two later!

I never make my adrs with a reservation number - just my e-mail and password.

Does online booking start at midnight on the 180 day date or when the phone lines open? This Sunday is my day! :cool1:

In the past, it's "opened up" (aka rolled over to the next day) at 6AM EST. I do say "in the past" as I've been out of the loop since about Nov and haven't kept up on changes, so take it with a grain of salt ;).

It occasionally opens 5-10 minutes early, so it is worth starting to check around 5:45am

I am assuming this was mentioned to ensure you take advantage of the 180+10 rule for resort guests. You can still book at the 180 day mark without it, but will only be able to make reservations for the 180th day at the time. People staying offsite or have not yet booked their vacations will need to call or go online everyday to book their next day. If you have an onsite reservation prior to your 180 day mark, you should always enter you reservation number. You can book your 180th day as well as up to 10 additional days at the same time.
