I booked jet blue for the first time a couple of days ago and now I noticed that the return flight price has dropped. Does anyone know if I can get a credit/refund and how to go about it. TIA!

If you call 1-800-JETBLUE, they will give you credit toward a future flight. I have done this once already for our trip...off to check if they have dropped anymore.
