We're trying to cancel our subscription before they bill me automatically on Jan 1. I can't cancel online because I don't know my password. Did I ever really have one???? We've sent the password retrieval several times to them, but they haven't responded.
Guess my next step is to call my credit card company and tell them to block all charges from Norton. I'll have to call from another phone though, 'cause I'm still on hold............
