On hold how long???

How long did you wait on the phone this morning to get your package reserved?

Me 1 hour and 2 minutes. I called exactly @ 7am

I called from home phone at 7am and was on hold for 35 mins before I really needed to get lunch made for DD and drive her to school, so I hung up and called from cell around 7:35 and was on hold til around 8:45 (1 hr 10 mins) before I got an answer. During that time, I made lunch, drove her to school, came home and started work...(I work at home).

I didn't call today, but when I called 2 weeks ago my entire call was less than 10 minutes. This was at about 1:00PM.

called after 9pm 4/12, on hold approx 20 minutes, talked to a CM that did not know what she was talking about, quoted me the wrong total, twice. She was very sweet, none the less. All Star Sports was all that was available for 9/21-9/25, I am not real picky since I have not been to any values, only deluxe and mods, so I really don't care which Value I stay. Free dining included!

I didn't hear about the offer until mid day, when their computers were down and so on. But I got through right away - I was on hold about 20 seconds - and though at first their computers were down, I was able to get the reservation I wanted when they went back up within a few minutes! I really lucked out!

I called on the first day that Free Dining was available for Disney Visa cardholders, I think Monday. I called after I got home from work, so about 5:30pm Central time, and was on hold less than 15 minutes. My first choice resort (ASMo) didn't have 3 standard rooms available, only preferred which we didn't want, but I got my 2nd choice (ASMu, which is practically the same thing). The entire call to book 3 rooms - all adjoining, 2 connecting, and one handicapped accessible - took all of 35 minutes. The CM did tell me that earlier that morning they had about 200 calls on hold.

I was on hold with Disney Dining reservations this afternoon for a whole 20 seconds.

All in all, I'm very impressed with the short hold times. I think if you don't try first thing in the morning and have a little flexibility in mind, it's much easier to get through.

called yesterday morning and was on hold for only 5 minutes- awesome!!!

I called around 8:00am when I arrived at work and was on hold for about 1 hr and 15min. I did not get anyone on the phone till about 9:15am. Well worth the wait though. Got what I wanted POFQ water view from Aug. 31-Sept. 4 for our short labor day weekend getaway. Since I'm in school and all my vacation days are used up at work then thats the only time during free dining that my husband and I could definitely go. Calling in sick on the 4th since we have the 3rd off shhhhh....my boss doesn't know it yet.

On hold Monday for 1 hr. 15 min. for our first 3 rooms of our GG, on hold 2 hours yesterday for the last 2 rooms.
Called right at 7 am yesterday, on the GG line.

Computers went down for a short while during the call. But worked out ok.
Have all my ADRs already!
