On hold for ADR?

Anybody know what gives? I've been on hold for 20 minutes this am trying to make my 180 day ADR's for Oct. Is there something going on this morning I don't know about?

People were able to book free dining packages for 8/24-9/20 this week. Next step is for all of them now to book their ADRs. This should be reason to delays and increased call volumes.

Success! And worth the wait. I didn't get through until after 7:30. but had a great CM who got me everything I wanted, including LeCellier, for our Grand Gathering of 11!!!

Now I am going try to get another hour's sleep
