I have an on board credit by booking through my travel agent. How does that credit work? Will that money be used up before any charges are placed to my card on file? Does the credit only work for 1 person, and any charges they make with the kttw card? I'd like to make sure that $$ gets used up first.

The credit will be placed on one person's account -- typically, that of the passenger who made the reservation. It will show up as a negative charge on the itemized bill. If everyone in the room has the same credit card on file, it makes no difference whose account the credit is on.

The credit card on file will be charged when the total balance (minus the credit) for all KTTW cards linked to that credit card reaches a certain amount, or on the last day of the cruise, whichever comes first. At one time the trigger amount was $300 for 3-5 night cruises and $500 for longer cruises, but I'm not sure if that's still the amount. In any case, the credit placed by your travel agent will be used up before your credit card is charged.
