For the on board charge account for non - US issued visa card holders which is the best option to pick in the Currency conversion authorisation section? We are from UK

I believe the general rule of thumb is to accept charges in the local currency (in this case, USD).

My credit cards that I use for travel all come with 0 foreign transaction fees so I always opt for the charges to be in local currency so I incur no additional costs.
