On Board Booking Discounts

Got a question, when I have sailed in the past there has always been an oppertunity to book your next cruise while on board at significant discounts. I have never had the the $ $ $ available to me to pay book the next vacation.

I sail in August on the Wonder and do have the $ $ $ to book my next cruise. I was wonder what are the discounts and are their restrictions? I have a friend who wants to sail in October and I am hoping to get a cheap cruise for then.

Any help would be great, thanks!

that's if you book a 7 night

I think it's no discount and $50 stateroom credit if you book a 3 or 4 night cruise, and 10% discount & $400 stateroom credit if you book a land & sea package.

I was on the Wonder on 7/7. Here is what I was offerred:

We actually did 7 day Land/Sea to check out DCL first before we committed to a longer cruise. We were able to get the same category (5) on the Magic for Western for 10% off and $200 ship board credit. They also allowed us to put my TA on the ressie so hopefully my TA will also gove me a rebate for this one as well.
