I’m GF and very much look forward to my meal in Palo they do a great job making a lot of the menu available GF with some tweaks since they have a kitchen right there in the restaurant. It’s definitely better than the main dining rooms. We have decided to skip Enchante on our upcoming treasure sailing because we just didn’t enjoy it as much as Remy when we ate there on the Wish. It’s truly fine dining and so delicious. I always let them know when we get onboard at the host stand for Palo and Remy when we will be dining and my GF diet so they have time to prepare as some dishes take a few days to make (lemon dessert at Remy especially).Thanks for the input. I’m more excited about Remy brunch. I’m gluten free, so Italian food is difficult for me in general. But I’ve heard DCL is amazing with food allergies. And I’m curious about all the hype around Palo.
