? on Annual Passess

OKay I apologise in advance for this questionLOL!!!!

If you knew somebody who held annual passess,would it be wrong to ask to borrow them??

How I understand this is that annual passes can be used as many times in a one year period.

Would it be possible to use a friends annual passes to gain access to the parks??(yes I know this is dishonest!!), but has anybody done this, and is there anyway disney can tell that the passes dont belong to you?

Annual pass holders have their fingers scanned at the entry turnstyle, so in theory you would not be able to use another person's AP. However, the biometric scanners sometimes do not scan your fingers accurately and a Cast Member might ask you to provide separate photo ID to prove you are the passholder (your name is on the back of the AP). You could use this situation to use the pass to gain access (you could also ask the CM to reset the biometric data to your own), but you would have to have photo ID which had the same name as the passholder.

Assuming you're staying off-site, it may be a way of saving on the parking. I think all you'll need to do is flash the card at the toll booths and they just let you through.

We did this a couple of years ago. There were four of us on holiday, two with APs and two without. We made sure that each car (we normally travelled seperately) had an AP in it to get free parking, saving about $36 for my AP-less friends!

oh so im not the only one wanting to save money!!,perhaps somebody would be kind enough to lend me their AP so I can save on the parking then!!.
