On a search for a healthier me.

I probably could lose a few pounds, but I don't need to.
I'm just really annoyed with how unmuscular my thighs look, I hate wearing shorts cause of that haha.
My stomach isn't flat, it'd be nice if it was though. It's just my poor diet doing that

I'm gonna try giving up the soda, I started yesterday.
 
Well, there goes anything acidic.
Stupid acid reflux!

Oh, and I thought I'd gained weight. Nope. I'm still 127.6 pounds.
 
Oh, and my new physical therapy place is awesome! It's humongous.
It had the gym, which is the actual size of a gymnasium, but it has all the equiptment in there. I'll be doing an hour in there everday.
Next is the pool. I'll also be doing an hour in there everyday. I don't know what it looks like, but they say they keep the temp. very hot. YAY! I haven't been in a real pool since January 07.

Goal : Gain as much muscle as possible without the fat. Try to keep my weight below 150, as my frame won't allow much less than that.

I found out what i'm running is about 2 miles...

My legs are like hurting so bad today so i'm not doing my strength moves today.

I lost one inch in my hips and one in my waist!!!

add more carbs in...

Eat more breads and pastas.

I used to cheer and always had to eat bread or something before a compation...

Lol, you're the only person who seems to. My friend make fun of me and say I'm a picnic blanket. And another friend thinks they don't match anything (I guess they really don't.).

How tall are you? Your height depends on your weight too. If you do want to gain weight, you should eat carbohydrates. If you're concerned, though, maybe you should consult your doctor? He/She'd know best.
 
I just walked from my friend's house which was a 15 minute walk.
I might be walking more today.
 
went to the hospital today, and evidently i've lost like fifteen pounds from my first post on this thread.
i'm pretty proud of myself.
 
I gave up being a vegitarian after a faint spell and relizing again i'm not eating any thing with protein in it...Darn my nut allergy...

So i had a nice chicken fried stake at my grandmas...

So yummy...so not good for me
 
can't run today casue my eyes are swollen...GAH...

no clue what i'm going to do instead....
 
Well. I just finished up another good run. 2.041 miles in 30 minutes. My time is going down and my distance is going up. I want to be a 20 minute 2 miler by the time Volleyball season rolls around. That'd be really nice. It would also make me a 30 minute 3 miler- which is awesome for me.

Up next: 3 sets of 20 crunches. Then a shower and lunch.
 
I went swimming in my pool for and hour swimming around.I was doing a couple laps.And i havent had any pop or junk food such as chips and choclate today!!!:)
 
I ended up swimming yesterday

and i ran my 2 miles today
 
I'm going to walk to the mall...
But that will all be killed by drinking an Iced Cap and whatever I have for supper.
I'm not really doing well anymore.
 
i'm still doing all my running...
I added an extra one today becasue i don't usually run on weekends.
I'm losing some but i'm feeling kinda lazy again and i've ate some junk over the 4th of july weekend...
 
I've been slipping a bit, but I'm determined to stay on track.
Still off the soda, though on the 4th I was dying for some other flavor, so I got a small caffine free diet coke.
Had 3 sips and started to get sick, so I went and got some more water instead.
I think it's almost been a month since I've had more than 3 sips of soda. :)

I need to start exercising more, but I've been losing motivation.
Haven't lost a single pound, but I do feel much better.
I think if I lose too much weight I won't feel like myself.
I think me being the weight I am is something that makes me, well me.
 
I'll definitely be joining this. I've always been overweight and I hate it. I'm so ready for a change. I'm not so worried about how much I weigh as I am about how I feel/look.

I gave soda up in January and I've been doing good to stay off of it. I have had a few sips since then, but that's about it. Well, I have had one soda while at an amusement park, but it made me sick, so I stopped drinking it.

A great tip if you get sick of just plain water - go to your local grocery store and get some crystal light packets. You just pour one into a bottle of water and instant flavor! They taste great and they're healthy. They have a variety of flavors and I'm sure you'll find one that you like. My favorite is the Iced Tea and Peach Tea.
 
I haven't done anything in the past week to benefit me.
I probably won't get any exercise until tomorrow at the earliest. I don't like to exercise on work days because I don't want to be completely exhausted.
