On a search for a healthier me.

Blah. I just woke up.
I don't know what to eat.
Ah, well I'll find me something and then change clothes and put on some sunblock.
I'm gonna mow this morning, maybe it'll be cooler than it usually it.
Mowing IS a workout. Yes, a push mower, not one you ride. Lol.
And it takes me around an hour and usually it's really hot and I get tired.
Then I'll figure out what to eat when time comes around later.
 
I just did another 2 mile circuit. My volleyball workout asks for 10 min. running, 10 min. walking, and then another 10 min. running and that gets me to like...1.879miles, so I figure why not go the extra step and I finish out at 2.

It took me 31.47 minutes and my total distance was 2.003 miles. I burnt about 347 calories. And later on tonight, after a dinner of rotisserie chicken some sort of potato, I have 3 sets of 15 crunches/sit ups to do.

I feel so much better and today is only my second day doing this.
 
yoga class was canceled :[

so I just wokred out at the gym for an hour.

You don't need to be giving away your pounds, honey, you don't have that many to spare. You're tiny. :)

Since it's summer I've been trying to eat healthier. Fruit and these little low calorie vanilla cookies instead of a candy bar with my lunch. Just little things. With my job I'm alwaysss walking and moving boxes and stretching and such. Then sometimes I'll walk a couple blocks to eat if I forgot my lunch...but it's usually fastfood so that doesn't help much.

That's all I will probably do. I'm not a huge fat jiggly hippo, and at this very moment I'm okay with the way I look. :)
 
I'm having a hard time eating good.
Lately, it's getting any food in me at all!
If I work one day and go to a friends house too, I don't eat.
I really don't eat at work (although I am thinking McDonalds on Saturday xD, it's right nearby), and I don't like eating at friends houses.
I've eaten three times today, two of which weren't even meals.
 
im tryin to put on 15 - 20 lbs so i get to eat every thing in sight
today so far,
4 eggs
oatmeal
protien shake
2 sandwiches
cheese cake
some type of gronoala bar
personal pizza
grapes
another sandwich
spaghetti
protien shake

for exercise bike 30 min to ymca ,lift for about an hour, bike 30 min home and usually some type of yard work
 
I've learned you can't keep me away from my chocolate. xD
But, I'm not worried about it anymore. My mom is gonna buy me dark chocolate from now on, since I like it.

Again, reading the WISH board. And they had a really cool idea. They set goals and when they reach them, they reward themselves. Some of them write down what they get when they lose so many pounds.
So now I'm just writing away everything I will buy myself once I lose so and so pounds.

Like when I lose 2 pounds, I get to buy myself this zune cover I have been wanting.
I've got things written down for every few pounds, until my ultimate goal, so I'll be motivated.
Because I want this stuff on my list. Lol.

Anyways, today was alright. Mowing was so tiring.
I was boxing on the Wii and it was killer on my arm, which is good.
So, I'll definately be boxing quite a bit from now on.
Along with some other more physical movement games on there.
Tomorrow I'm going to start using the workout bike my mom has.
And I'm gonna start doing sit ups, push ups, stretches, etc. in the morning when I wake up and in the evening.
We'll also be getting a Wii Fit if we can ever find one.

You should actually eat in small increments, not in 3 large meals a day. It should be a medium breakfast (like toast and cereal and milk) early in the morning, then a small snack around 10:30, then lunch (like a sandwich or a salad) at noon, then a snack again at 2:30, then a good dinner.
 
today i've had

Half an original Jamba Juice Smoothie
Some soup
saltine crakers with hummus
and vegitarian stir fry

I'm pretty sure i've had some milanos in there too ;)

Mm, I know, and it's been hard.
Yesterday they weren't even large meals.
Only one of them was a meal.

Today will be better. I'm home all day and don't plan on leaving due to my sunburn.
 
So. I'm off to make a salad.

I have like....so much ambition today, but no energy. I don't know why.

On the bright side, my ankles don't hurt nearly as much as I feared they would after that run yesterday. Usually long, hard runs like that are really bad for my ankles/feet.

Tomorrow, I'm giving myself the day off from exercising because it's MOVIE DAY FRIDAY! I'll probably over indulge and hate myself for it later, but it is so worth it.
 
I should do some sort of exercise today, probably just my Gazelle thing, no exercise ball.

I'm probably going to bake a cake after lunch (probably around two, lunch will be at 1 because I woke up late and just had breakfast) and I'm going to try to keep myself from eating the stuff as I make it xD
I also need to find a good recipe for icing.
 
Breakfast was good.
I just fixed me a salad for lunch.
With Broccoli, carrots, lettuce, all that jazz.
Afterwards I'm gonna go play on the wii for a couple hours.
 
i'm to lazy to lose weight(:

i dont wanna weight actualy, i think my weight is just fine . i just wish my body was more fit like abs & toned thighs and arms and stuff .

  • semi-muscular arms
  • tight thighs
  • muscular calves (calfs? sp?!)
  • bigger butt
  • smaller bust

what is all of your "perfect" bodies or things you would like to change abotu your bodies?
 
I would just like to be little, not skinny, but little.
Cute and little.
I'm short, so it'd be nice to not feel as chunky through my thighs and the top of my arms.
And lose a little flab in my stomach.
That's all.

I didn't get any exercise today really, and probably ate more than I should have.
Oh well, I'll have to exercise tomorrow.
 
I ate junk today...

But i was at an amusment park soo i guess its ok cause i did at least 4 miles.
 
Oh and my perfect body for me would be

flat stomach.
Bigger chest
Smaller butt
Smaller thighs
Less flabby arms

I can only do stuff for 3 of those...So i'll live
