So my 40th birthday
comes up on March 25th... and I want to be in "one-derland" by then!! This means that as of tomorrow I have exactly 10 weeks to lose 24 pounds. I hope I can do it, it would be a BIG deal, since I haven't been below 200 for something like 15 years!
I've written the "weeks remaining" number on each Thursday of my desk calendar between now and then, and I've been really working on enlarging my gym repertoire; I only wish I had more time to go! I plan to weight myself only every Thursday and write that number down on my calendar; I have a weakness where I can't seem to walk by the gym's scale without stepping on it!
I also have been trying to find things to eat that I like and that are good for me, I've been rummaging through Hungry Girl's site and have found lots of interesting things to try!
