On 2007 DDDP but restaurant change in '08

It has been reported that if you start the DDP in 07 then the 07 rules re: tipping, appetizer are in effect. What about restaurant choices? let's say I want to eat at a restaurant that is on the plan in 07 but not listed for 08 (yet). Will they take my 07 DDP Jan 1 - 4 since they were part of "that plan"?

That's an interesting question. Luckily, I don't think you are likely to really have to worry about it. By the time your vacation gets here, I'd predict that anywhere you currently have an ADR for will be on the plan for '08.

This same situation happens every year, and it causes more stress than it should. The problem is that Disney has to announce the DDP details well before they have contracted with each and every restaurant on the plan.

Almost without exception, the restaurants who are on the plan one year remain on the plan the next year. There are some changes (like some of the AK venues which are switching from CS to TS, etc.), but for the most part I think you can find other details of your vacation to worry about.

I believe the only significant change between 2006 and 2007 was that the BoardWalk Pizza Window dropped its participation.
