Omni ChampionsGate Shuttle

Hey all,

DBF and I are currently booked at the Omni ChampionsGate and I have some questions about the shuttle for anyone who has stayed there.

First of all, does the shuttle leave at scheduled times, or do you let the front desk know what time you will need a shuttle and they arrange it? How early/late do they run?

Also, I know that this hotel is a little ways away from WDW. For those who have stayed there, is it worth it to do the shuttle, or better to drive? We are driving to WDW, so we will have a car.

I live in the area and it is about 12 miles to the parks. It would probably be easier to rent a car. I don't have a clue about the shuttle.
