Omlete station or eggs benedict

I am in search of a TS breakfast that has an omlete station and/or eggs benedict.

We ate at Cape May a week ago and it was a glorified continental breakfast that had scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Otherwise, it was fruit, pastries and such. We are headed back in December and on our last day we will eat a nice big breakfast. We have reservations for Cape May again but I would really like to try somewhere new that has a better selection.

Just as an FYI.. it is my understanding that you can order omelettes at the Cape May breakfasts...there are no stations per se but they can be ordered and prepared for you in the kitchen.

Also in reviewing the menu sticky we have at the top of the Restaurant Board, I did find that the Grand Floridian Cafe makes Eggs Benedict..

We ate at Boma on our last trip for breakfast. The buffet was EXCELLENT. Alot of choices!! The omlette station was declicious and everything was fresh! I would deffinity reccomend this!!

We have had TS breakfast at Boatwrights (POR), Kona Cafe (Poly) and the Concourse Grill in the Contemporary and all three had eggs benedict (the concourse grill were the best that I remember, but I like a little green-asparagus- on the plate rather than just potatoes).

They had an omelet station at 1900 Park Fair. It was a really nice character breakfast, too since it was characters we didn't see anywhere else.

Boatwrights at Port Orleans Riverside has made to order omlettes with just about anything your heart desires and eggs benedict. They also have "Boatwright Breakfast", which is your traditional 2 eggs, meat, potatoes, toast kind of thing. All made fresh, really quickly and totally yummy.

I was going to post BOMA, having eaten there 10 days ago. That is some breakfast buffet and the omelettes were DIVINE!

Fresh at the Dolphin has an excellent omlette station.

I think Boma has the best omelet station.

I've had really good eggs benedict at Concourse Steakhouse in the Contemporary.

Yatch Club Galley has yummy eggs benedict--and you can get them as crab cake benedict as well! (on the menu, not the buffet)

Grand Floridian Cafe has really good eggs benedict, I ordered it two mornings in a row.

Rainforest Cafe in AK also has eggs benedict for breakfast. I think it was good, but it's been a few years.

We love 1900 Park Fare at GF! They have a large selection and the omelet station is very good. The strawberry soup is awesome! It is a nice atmosphere and the characters are fun. We have to eat there on every trip!
