Here's the thing... I finially received a Tupperware e-mail! I was sooo excited. BUT, like Mal's DH, it was the 500 point one, not 1000. I clicked on the "show Me" button & the blue screen came up that said "This award is only available once in 365 days"! That means that my DH clicked on the button & deleted the 1000 point e-mail and didn't even realize he did it! He told me a long time ago, when the information was first being posted about the 1000 point e-mail, that "Maybe we did get it, but if we did, I deleted it!"

Oh, well... - 500 points is still better than none.

I ordered the Commorative 2 1/2 cup container. It looks nice on the screen, it's $5.00 ($4.99 shipping) and $2.50 goes to Children's Charities in your area. I figured we're both getting a pretty good deal.

I got the 500 point one too. I was going to get the commemorative canister too. But when I figured it out, it is basically $10 for 500 points. And I really don't need the canister. So it was not worth it for me.

Now if it was the 1000 point one!!! That would be a different story.

I checked my account this morning to see if the 500 Tupperware points are pending and they're not... they're ALREADY THERE!

That took me by such surprise!

It's nice to see that they gave those points so quickly, after reading some other items on Mypoints, I was starting to think I may have made a mistake ordering them.

But as of this morning, I'm a happy camper!

until I realized it wasn't worth it (even more not worth it as they charge $3 more than regular to send to AK) like a previous poster said.

I was so bummed, and decided to look a little harder for something that maybe I would buy anyways and not too expensive. That was when I saw the CUTE Mickey Mouse popsicle makers! I would buy these in the store and I could say to myself that we were SAVING money cause we wouldn't buy store bought popsicles next summer. (I know what are people in AK doing eating popsicles! LOLOL! It is miserable here when it gets to 80 degrees! )

So anyways.... thought I would mention that they have a bunch of Disney themed stuff much of it saying "New" although since this is the first time I've been there I don't know how new. THe place setting with the Mickey or Pooh head shaped plate and matching cup, silverware and bowl is cute if expensive at $18.49. Fun to take to WDW maybe for in the room dining.

I got that one too a few days ago. I bought some little containers to hold DS's snacks in his bag. Now that he's 2 we only carry a small bag with snacks and they were the perfect size for the bag we downsized to.

I got the 500 pt tupperware email as well as the 1000 pt drugstore.com email. I ordered a salt scrub for 15.99 from drugstore and I'm trying to get onto the tupperware page right now and it won't load. Can't even get there directly at www.tupperware.com Strange. Guess I'll have to try again in a little bit.

The Tupperware site seemed to be down for a bit this afternoon. Now it seems ok though!

Just a couple of links to some other inexpensive (but worthwhile) items. I have tons of Tupperware and could probably sell everyone here somethiing from my stash and still have tons-lol!

That's the set that I just ordered. At the end of my order there was a place that said mypoints members click here. I did that and it gave me the 500 points. BUT earlier when I did the drugstore order for the 1000 points, it just put that into my basket automatically. There wasn't anything there that said you've just been awarded 1000 points. Did I do something wrong? Please say no.

I just got the Drugstore.com email and I was so excited on getting a great bargain for Lactaid pills! I dont think you did anything wrong, the email at the bottom says it will take about 30 days to show up. Keep an eye out for those points to be pending in your account.

My drugstore.com email was only for 500 points, but I got free shipping because I spent $20. Do a search for free shipping codes and maybe you'll find one.

Drugstore.com usually has free shipping somewhere let me look for you and most offers there can be combined.
