I was on the phoe with wdw dine for 47 minutes, I was almost done all my ressies, she was going to give me my confirmation # at the end for all and she hung up on me. I called back and now it says a 30 mins wait. OMG. Does that mean all my ressies she was booking for me are gone

A similar thing haopened to me. My dopey cell dropped the call. All of my ressies were still there! I called back and got the conf numbers.

I bet your ressies are still there, just ask the CM when you do get through.

The exact same thing happened to me on Wednesday, and unfortunately the CM had not saved my ADRs
After a 30 minute wait to get through a second time, the CM confirmed that nothing had been booked against my reservation and we had to go through them all again. Luckily I got the exact same ADR times again, so I wouldn’t worry too much.
I did make the 2nd CM promise to save everything if we got cut off again.

The same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago, and I got everything except my confirmation # when the call dropped. When i called back, I waited for about 15min before my call was answered and all my info was still saved! woo hoo

I'm thinking she's going to be OK since those ADRs are linked to our phone numbers. Right?
When I called to check on my ADRs, all they needed was my phone number, and voila, they pulled everything up!

Well there was nothing saved
But I did get all the ones I wanted except one has a really early time and one a really late time. Oh well.
Lesson is make sure you get ressie #s as they are doing your adr, not at the end.

Yeah when I booked they gave me the numbers for each one as we went along. I didn't have the option for anything else. Definitely the way to go!
