OMG!! What's going on with Epcot FP's?

Annie, have you been able to get them. If you have the time call Member Services. I have a cousin who was having problems, and I could not get her a FP for Soarin when we were going to be together. MS got her one that overlaps with ours for 55 minutes.
 
I had this problem and it's the timings you need to look at as you cannot overlap at all, you need to make sure your two tier one times are not overlapping which is why your getting the message to change.
 
Thanks all - I WAS eventually able to get the 3rd FP booked at Epcot earlier today - but last night was a frustrating NO GO. I have NOT been able to get the MDE app to work all day today or this evening on my phone. It was working last night but also wouldn't let me book the 3rd FP at Epcot. But today it just sits there and does nothing. IT WILL NOT LET ME LOG IN. :(
 
We are here now and had the same problems. Talked with the concierge at the Poly and was told you cannot book 2 fast passes for the more popular attractions in our case it was Soarin or test track.

I knew that - that was not my problem. My problem was it wouldn't let me book 2 in the other tier either (and I was not trying to book times that overlapped). It was just only letting me book 2 total. Thankfully today it got over it and let me. But last night was different. Now the mobile app is not working for me. Thankfully I am not there now as that would be a problem.

Nearly died laughing when I first saw it was classified a. Tier 1.

This is my 1st time with the new & improved booking system. Hard to believe they were able to make it more user un-friendly. What would take a few minutes in the past became major time suck.

I dread to see if the app has morphed badly too. Was easy and often quicker to change things on the fly.

OT

I have concerns re actually being able to use our Frozen/Maelstrom FPs (next month, only time open was after 7 pm on first day of booking!) after reading how long the FP return line is.

Annoys me to no end when it's really busy @ the ticket attractions, that they don't have a CM stationed at end of FP line. They should be checking to make sure people aren't getting in line before their window opens.
 
Thank goodness for this. I thought it was so odd as a tier one attraction. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for it.
Being a Tier 1 that few picked, it was usually more available as a 4th FP+
The line has pushed 30+ at times (along with Figment that was used to be short)
 
I got the message that said this guest needs attention when my fast passes time overlapped. I did not write down the times I had selected and picked a "wrong" time. Once I selected another time slot I was okay. I was able to book 3 for my Sept trip FEA, Spaceship earth & Mission Space. We will have to get on Soarin' first thing when the park opens and then do TT using the single rider line. Then get fast passes for them later so we can ride them each a second time
