OMG What a Booking Nightmare

Thanks we''ll feel happier about it when the invoice turns up hopefully with all the correct info ( plus request for a high floor quiet room in PC) and have the transfers sorted out too. :hug:
 
This is terrible:scared1: I would definatley put a letter of complaint in and ask for compensation for your inconvenience even if you get free passes or a free meal somewhere.They have a reputation to keep and uphold so I would definatley push this.

I am really pleased for you lets hope it is def sorted, what a nightmare you have had over the last few days. I also agree you should write and complain you never know what you might get, give it a try.
 

I've just talked to someone sensible and managed to add our 14 day Ultimate park tickets and DDP with no problems:thumbsup2
 
Thought I'd update ...we received an invoice yesterday which was incorrect so I had to ring them again. None of our park tickets or the DDP were on there:scared1: Not sure what's happening at their end. I got through to a lovely lady who went through the whole booking with me to confirm the details on our account, everything seemed fine so I asked her to update the invoice and regenerate it so it can be sent with the correct info to us. It's not a lot to ask for surely for them to get it right and send it out:( Now we'll have to wait another few days to see if they managed to sort the invoice out:worried:
