There is a new hybrid dog called a puggle! It is crossed between a pug and a beagle. Look at how cute this is!!!

My friend actually has one of these - he's about 6 months old. He is defintely cute!! ug:

I do have a feeling these might gain in popularity like the labradoodles. My friend says her's is really hyper, but his cuteness would win me over that!! aw:

There are two puggles in my neighborhood. My neighbor got Scooby Doo 6 months ago. She looks like a pug mostly. Another neighbor has Chuck. He too looks mostly Pug but has much longer legs. Scooby is a maniac dog. She jumps right up in your face playing but trying to bite! I really hate that dog! Cute but wild!

Beagles (from my experience) are hyper, and my pug loves to sleep - that would be a weird cross.

Def. cute though! I can just see the pug in his face! I wonder if he's a howler? You know that beagle howl.

They are cute and yes they do howl, my downstairs neighbor had one, Lucy, she was so much fun and howling doesn't bother me. My neighbor said she had a lot of breathing problems though...she was saying that Beagles by nature are very hyper and since Lucy had the shorter snout she breathed very hard after almost any activity.
