Just had a Magical moment on the phone. Called to make FW res Oct 2021 (not available yet) but the unbelievable part is the fact there was absolutely NO wait to speak with a CM. NO WAITING, NO LISTENING tiresome music. Just an immediate friendly "Hello, thanks for calling..."
This means one of two things; either (1) ALL available resorts are full and park pass slots taken between now and Sep 26, 2021
or (2) they hired a significant number of CM to man (woman) the phone system. I'm leaning towards the former.
He did say that dates after 9/21 would open up "very soon, and should be available telephonically or online simultaneously.
Did I mention there was NO endless waiting on the phone?
