So I've been sitting around for a few hours trying to play these tomorrowland arcarde games for a tron code.

After I don't know how many hours I FINALLY beat Hyperspace moutain with over 25k.

And what message do I get when I go to claim my code...

Sorry, You must be logged into VMK to collect codes.
:sad2:
I got disconnected apparently..
or Tron just hates me.

Is there something special you're supposed to do to make sure you get your codes?

Yes.. get so good you can finish the game before you dc.

What Tron prize do you get for Hyperspace Mountain?

are you serious??? I give up then. There is no way I stay connected for 20 minutes, ever. Ughhh

This is a problem some of us had last year after they opened those games.

Apparently, they supposedly fixed it to where if your character gets disconnected, never re-log in until after you've finished the game. But, as I was never able to finish the two games they are requiring now, I don't know if that's really true. :confused3

well I just beat it YET again.

Low and behold..
I got the same stupid message.
I re-logged when I got to the "you have earned enough for a special reward" screen, clicked next and still no code.

well that's encouraging....:badpc: (Insert sarcastic tone here) ;)

I'm SO sorry Tink!

YAY!!!!

I finally got my tron table and chairs!

Thanks for all the support :wizard:

right on!!! :woohoo: now fly a few thousand miles and teach me how to win :lmao:

Actually I never gave that game a serious attempt until this afternoon.

Being a 80's kid, I HAVE to have my Tron stuff. :goodvibes

I followed the map someone posted, that seems very confusing looking.

A few horrible attempts, dying at the very end, getting mad at my computer, I started to memorize the paths, and learned to pick up every green 500 points that I found.

Stressful, yes, but I doubted I would beat it, and I'm so happy with myself that I did :thumbsup2. Not to mention I got some nice Tron stuff to show off to my fiance when he gets home. ( and boy he'll be jealous ) Might even make him WANT to play VMK, not just humor me and pretend it's fun.

Generally if you DC during the game you should still get a code, as long as you don not log in any characters or relog in before you complete it. I can do this game in 10-15 minutes but be sure not to rush. At 15 minutes I am getting about 8,000 bunus points and that puts me around 34,000 points so if you are carefull it should be ok.

My question is, with the room code they would only give one code a day per character - is this the same with tron?

I haven't tried again.

I just guessed that it was probably one per day, unless someone wants to correct me on that.

I may try again later, taking a break for now though lol.

I cannot play the game worth beans, but i can assure you you can win more than once per day, at least the game that gives the chairs and table. I saw a room as it was being unloaded from the person's inventory and that person had quite a few wins for the morning.

edit to say I stand corrected: You can win more than once if your mules play as well as your main character! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

You can not win more than once per day ... otherwise I would still be playing to get Tron stuffs ...:rotfl:

I tried this game many many times last year and never beat it. I came close once, but never did beat it.

I will give it a try again. But, I still doubt that I will beat it. I'm just not very good at these types of games. :sad2:
