OMG she hung up on me!!!!!

I need to book my party of 11, I was on hold for 45 minutes, Tracey hung up on me.

I'm am hysterically crying now. There is no way we are going to ge Le Cellier for a party of 11 and she probably screwed up the table of 9 I was able to get this AM.

OMG, the computer was down this morning, this is way to stressful to be "Magical".

I can't believe it I'm back on hold for another wait.

I knew I was in trouble when she couldn't find my reservation. It darn well better be there.

She also denied that the computers were down yesterday when I called WDW-Dine twice, waited about 20 minutes only to be told to "call back" in an hour.

Is it possible that she didn't actually "Hang up on you" and that you were disconnected by a technical glitch? That happens all the time!!!

the same thing happened to me when I booked in June. My reservations were still up on the screen when I called back.

I feel your pain, i was on the phone yesterday too with the WDW Dining, I was on the phone for 45 minutes as well, I didnt get hung upon but She did have alot of trouble with the computer. Needed to call her supervisor to help.All i was booking at that point was Garden Grille. She was very nice, but I was on the line for 45 minutes on a toll call, thank you very much. But i did get all i wanted except for I wanted Le Cellier at 2pm for 9 people and someone took it while she was asking me if i wanted the Package deal. HEY I BET IT WAS YOU!!! you have a party of 9 at Le Cellier!!! Hey give it back!! Just kidding. I got 12:15pm for party of 9. Thank God. I love it there. Disney does like to draw out your emotions though dont they?? All the movies have sad and happy parts....hmmm...

The difference is, saying someone hung up you sounds like a malicious act. Saying you got disconnected sounds like it could be a technical issue.

I could not get the CP ressie for 6 that I wanted at 7:11 when I called this week. I also could not get LeCellier for dinner for any of my 7 nights. I did manage to snag a 9:15 ressie later in the week.

It is not just you who cant get what they hoped for. Keep trying, you never know.

My 90 day mark was June 15th and I called at 7 am. Was on hold for 2 minutes and I still couldn't get LeCellier, Ohana, and CRT. But I didn't give up. I looked online and called often and *finally* was able to snag LeCellier & Ohana when I called in July and I got CRT dinner and the Wishes Dessert Party when I called yesterday. We leave in 1 week and now I have EVERYTHING I wanted from the very beginning.

Even if it isn't showing any availablilty now, it *may* open up closer to your vacation!
