I don't know much about you, other than reading some posts here over the past year or so, but I think it'll be easy for you.
If you like to find ways to make people smile, and if you're open to new people and new places and new things, and if you're clean and polite and friendly, and if you can handle being on your feet for 50 hours a week...
Yea, I'm pretty sure you'll be fine in the interview.![]()
Great News! Try making a post on the CP (College Program) Board. I'm sure a lot o poeple there will be willing to help!![]()
Good luck!! Here's hoping that you'll serve us pints in the pub our next trip!![]()
Remember while you're on the phone:
They're not customers, they're Guests.
You want to be a Cast Member because...
Give examples of times you've gone to other countries and struck up conversations with the locals. Something where you spoke with someone in a store in Spain, or something like that; if you speak another language, mention it but don't stress it. Make sure to stress you enjoy travelling, and work into the conversation any international trips you've made with family or by yourself.
Research Disney lingo, and use it in the interview.
Have a good reason why you want to be a Cast Member - better than "I like it at WDW." Something like "I would really enjoy being an ambassador for my beautiful/wonderful/historic country, while at the same time meeting thousands of people from all over the world." "I enjoy being out in the world, learning new things and meeting new people - I once was in France and met a girl who I became great friends with, and learned so much about her and her culture." Examples like that.
